Jen provided excellent guidance while my family researched and located assisted living facilities in the area our mother has been living most of her life. With the information needed to determine the right fit (size of facility and how to match the level of care she needs) going forward. Jen’s in-depth knowledge of these facilities and their contacts saved us much time in making decisions during this process. She arranged on-site and virtual tours to meet the staff at and “see” these facilities. Lastly, Jen provided the guidance in what documentation and information is needed throughout the process. The services delivered by Assisted Living Locators were simply awesome!!!  From helping me identify candidate facilities and schedule visits to facilitating a Covid shot enroute to the selected facility, Jen McAndrews took care of it all.
